Programming/Planning
Schnitz & Sewell offers a full range of pre-design services to assist owners with project evaluation prior to significant investments in design and documentation. In addition to traditional pre-design services such as programming and project budgeting, Schnitz & Sewell offers strategic planning, pro forma based project evaluation, project feasibility studies and code and ordinance review studies for new project development.

Design and Documentation
Schnitz & Sewell thoroughly documents projects, incorporating all disciplines within its contract. This turnkey approach to documentation ensures total project coordination between the architectural aspects of the design and the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers as well as the landscape architecture. As additional consultants are required for specific design considerations such as lighting, audio/acoustic control or extensive electrical engineering, these disciplines are incorporated as well.

Construction Administration
Construction administration is of paramount importance to Schnitz & Sewell. Our firm accepts only the amount of commissions at any given time which will allow principals to stay totally involved during all phases of projects, particularly the construction phase. Our record for nearly a decade of adherence to budget and schedule is testimony to our unique approach to the construction phase. We feel the owner is best served by our unusually frequent site visits, timely return of submittals and innovative approach to solving field inquiries and problems.
